We founded LoveBumble with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to LoveBumble. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Details to Know
All non-personalised items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note all items should be returned at your own cost and in perfect condition. Your refund will be processed as soon as I have received the item back.
I am unable to refund postage costs for the sale and refund of the items.
When ordering please ensure all spelling and grammar is correct. I am not liable for any mistakes you have provided.
Unfortunately personalised items are non-refundable. However if you do have a problem with your item please just message me and I’ll be happy to help.
Details About Our Policy
Every product should reach you in perfect condition. All items are made to order so please allow extra time for this especially if you’re ordinary custom made items. If you are ordering bespoke items you will receive a photo of your items for your approval. Please respond to this if possible as this will help the speed of the delivery process.
The warranty covers any manufacturer defects within one year. Unfortunately accidental breakages are not covered.
All glass items such as baubles and glasses should be protected during storage.
For our vinyl sticker items such as glasses, baubles and hangers we recommend that these are well cared for. We advise they do not go into the dishwasher, they shouldn't be soaked in water, and they should not be scrubbed. To clean simply lightly wash over with a sponge and softy dry immediately. This will help preserve them for a long time to come.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
All items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For with the exception of greeting cards and small letter orders. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 1-3 business days; however occasionally this maybe extended due to unforeseen circumstances and busy periods.
Sometimes due to size or weight it maybe necessary to send items via Parcel Force. They offer a 48-hour postal service for larger and heavier items that the Royal Mail cannot handle.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be complete. Of course I always aim to create and have you item delivered as soon as possible. If you are ordering completely customised items please be aware I may need to order in other supplies to fulfil your order. This will add time to the shipping process so please order withand I shall keep you updated throughout.
